Bhor – Short Film by Kshitij Choudhary

Bhor – Short Film by Kshitij Choudhary

The story is about a boy (Prabhat) who is unemployed and unproductive with a bizarre lifestyle and has never seen a morning in a long time until one day he finally witnesses it and things change for him.

Shot on the Ghats of Ganga in Patna, the film explores the problem of depression and the uncalled-for attitude that youth has cultivated in this contemporary fast paced world. The story tries to give an effective way of dealing with attitude towards life and how to perceive things in a better and positive way.

Inspired by true incidents.

The Other Residents – a short non-narrative film

A short non-narrative film, The Other Residents explores the life, existence and importance of dogs who live within the boundaries of Amity University Noida campus. They are very much part of the students & the daily routine and important enough not to get unnoticed.

The Buddha Connection; #TravellingHaathi

Presenting a funky travel-montage film from my trip to the land of Buddha, Bodh Gaya, Bihar. Created this last year but don’t know what took me so long to post. I hope you like it.

About 110kms from Patna, India, Bodh Gaya is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From 2500 years old Bodhi Tree to 1600 years old Mahabodhi Temple, this video covers the glimpse of other places of interest in the city too. Various spots shown here are: Bodhi Tree, Main Temple, Chakramara Sthal, Thai Temple, Chinese Temple, 80ft Buddha Statue

Timelapse sequence by Sanchit Kumar Singh

Thank you Papa-Mamma, Swadha, Sanchit & Akshaya for a memorable journey.

Share it for the love of Buddha, Bodh Gaya and Bihar.

Documentary on Sewer conditions of Balda Colony (Lucknow)

A documentary on the prolonged case of sewer blockage and drainage in Balda Colony of Lucknow. Roop Kishore Raizada, resident of Balda Colony and a victim himself, narrates the damage and difficulties in the daily lives of the habitats of the locality, caused due to non-maintenance of sewer and negligence of government for years.

His struggle with Nagar Nigam and authorities, and fight for hygiene and sanitation, is going on for years and years with no signs of development.

In this documentary, we’ve tried to bring out the raw emotions and struggles of the Roop Kishore Raizada, his family and other residents of Balda Colony, in a hope that this might reach up to the authorities so that Government finally could take a step towards the eradication of their hardships and sorrows.

Hygiene and sanitation is our right and we must have it.

Watch it here right now…
